Brizo Consulting Co. was founded in 2025 by Kayla Brizo. After over a decade of helping companies build foundational systems that help teams, and products, perform more effectively, Kayla saw the landscape is shifting rapidly with the widely available and popular usage of AI LLM tools. Having worked extensively with launching AI/ML tools and products within large enterprise companies she now sought to use this experience to help small business owners discover the tools, strategies and day-to-day operations to propel them forward in this new age of technology.
Since then, our team has helped small business owners spend less time on the day-to-day tasks their company needs and more time on the long term growth strategy to grow beyond their current limits. We have helped clients integrate agile ceremonies, create documentation workflows, establish CRM platforms, craft marketing statements/collateral, curate social media campaigns, and even write, direct, and edit both long and short form video.
Whatever is needed to get stuff done, Brizo Consulting Co. is there to step in and move your focus from the daily grind to long term success.
Starting her career in enterprise software marketing, fate and discovering a Reddit post looking to hire propelled Kayla into her product management career. She has built products for both web and mobile applications, in large enterprises and for tiny start-ups. Along the way she found a passion for internal tools and systems, always volunteering to take on the "un-cool" work like setting up documentation processes, leading daily standups, and administering Jira.
Kayla found that there is nothing like the joy (and relief) on someone's face when a tool or process makes their working lives just a little bit better. The transformation is incredible!
Now Kayla is looking to help other business owners bring back the joy to their workplace while at the same time transforming operations into a data-first, growth mindset.
